The project
Building trust and recognition across a complex sourcing network.
Clarifying trust, quality and connection for a healthcare sourcing network built across Africa.
A complex network needed one clear signal.
DMCM International Holding sources and distributes pharmaceutical, medical and beauty products for wholesalers, pharmacies, health institutions and distributors across Africa. Its identity needed to communicate the reliability and control expected from a central procurement partner.
Business challenge
Unify multiple service lines without flattening the scale, movement and relationships that make the business valuable.
Make connection visible.
The refreshed direction centres on transparency, stability and an interconnected operating model. A restrained green and white palette supports recognition in healthcare, while the identity’s network logic expresses coordinated sourcing and distribution.
Identity principles
Reliable at institutional scale. Clear across service lines. Flexible enough for a growing distribution footprint.

Visual system
Recognition that travels with the network.
The identity extends from corporate material into vehicles, containers and operational touchpoints. Repetition and scale make the brand legible wherever procurement and distribution activity takes place.

Outcome
A clearer identity for a trusted supply partner.
The refreshed system gives DMCM one credible presence across corporate, logistical and institutional touchpoints. It strengthens recognition while making the scale and connection of its sourcing network easier to understand.
Evidence
- One identity across multiple service lines
- Stronger visibility on operational assets
- Consistent institutional communication
