We collect only information connected to the website’s operation:

  • contact details and project information submitted through a project enquiry;
  • website usage information collected through Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent; and
  • technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the website, such as request and diagnostic information handled by our infrastructure providers.

We do not use this website to collect newsletter subscriptions, advertising profiles or marketing-pixel data.

A project enquiry may include:

  • your name and email address;
  • company or business details and website information;
  • project context and the change taking place in your business;
  • capability interests and preferred timeline; and
  • investment information, if you choose to provide it.

We use this information only to:

  • review enquiries;
  • communicate about potential projects;
  • provide relevant responses; and
  • manage potential client relationships.

Project enquiry details are not sent to analytics. The form’s existing validation, same-origin, size, rate-limit and spam protections operate separately from analytics.

We use a limited group of service providers to run the website and respond to enquiries:

Resend
Delivers project enquiry notification emails to Thezyntra and acknowledgement emails to the person making the enquiry.
Vercel
Provides the Vercel Pro hosting, delivery and infrastructure used to operate and secure the website.
Sanity
Provides the content management system used to manage website content. Project enquiry submissions are not stored in Sanity by this website.
Google Analytics 4
Measures consented website usage so we can understand engagement and improve the experience. It is not loaded before analytics consent.

These providers may process information through infrastructure in the locations where they operate. Their own contractual and legal obligations apply to that processing.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics can measure page views, traffic sources, engagement and useful website interactions.

Analytics must not receive:

  • names or email addresses;
  • project descriptions or other enquiry text;
  • investment information or capability selections; or
  • confidential client information.

Essential storage is always active for website functionality, security and remembering your consent choice. Analytics is optional, remains blocked until consent and stays disabled when rejected. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn tracking, marketing pixels or personalisation storage.

You can revisit your choice at any time through the Cookie settings control in the footer.

Project enquiries that do not become client engagements are retained for 24 months after the last meaningful contact.

If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records may be retained according to contractual, accounting and legal requirements.

Hosting, security and delivery providers may retain technical logs under their own operational and legal policies. We do not promise a fixed retention period for infrastructure logs controlled by those providers.

Thezyntra may display completed project work for portfolio and promotional purposes where permitted by the applicable engagement agreement.

Confidential information, private materials and sensitive client data must not intentionally be published. Client trademarks, names and owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to applicable Nigerian data protection law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction in appropriate circumstances, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and request data portability where applicable.

You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where the law requires or permits us to do so.
